Role Summary:

Our team plays a crucial role in shaping conversational interactions.

The Conversational Design Coordinator position involves developing conversational interfaces and coordinating communication strategies between teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects to provide timely conversational design solutions;
  • Creating project documentation for clarity and transparency;
  • Assessing and improving existing conversational flows, proposing optimizations;
  • Leading brainstorming sessions to gather insights and foster innovative ideas;
  • Facilitating communication among designers, developers, and stakeholders;
  • Supporting training initiatives on best practices in conversational design;
  • Managing timelines and project milestones, providing regular updates;
  • Assisting in designing and testing conversational prototypes;
  • Ensuring adherence to conversational quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
