**Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the maintenance of all facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
* Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularly
* Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
* Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize performance
* Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
* Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
* Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and projects
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Working Conditions:**
* Work may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme temperatures
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* May require travel to other locations as needed
