Procurement Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the global procurement function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing Strategy Development: Design and execute scalable purchasing strategies that minimize costs and maximize value.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of procurement professionals by providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Purchasing Behavior Analysis: Analyze purchasing behavior across all clinical sites to identify fragmentation, inefficiencies, or unmanaged spend and implement related procurement strategies.
  • Process Management: Manage the entire procurement process from requisition to payment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global procurement or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and improving procurement efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
