Job Overview

This role is pivotal in supporting our Global Business Operations team. It will lead the development of quality budgets and proposals for clinical research programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review RFP documentation and insights to identify key information for proposal text and budget development.
  • Work closely with Business Development/proposal development teams to prepare and finalize proposals.
  • Develop text and budget for proposals, rebids, and related documents.
  • Lead on assigned projects to develop proposals and budgets.
  • Collaborate with Contract teams to revise or develop preliminary agreements and ensure scope of work is defined correctly.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of processes and policies relating to proposal development.
  • Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and discrepancies in customer information.
  • Perform quality control edits on all documents and participate in finalization and distribution.
  • Update corporate databases as required and ensure accurate tracking reports.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field, along with 5+ years of direct experience in Contracts, Proposals, or equivalent combination.
  • Knowledge of CRO Industry and ability to interpret RFPs and protocols.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with coworkers and customers.
  • Advanced English (writing, speaking, and reading).
