Account Manager LATAM Business Development

Zendesk, Inc. is a leading provider of customer support software. As an Account Manager for our LATAM business development team, you will play a key role in driving new sales and delivering on the company's strategy for the region.

About the Job

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM, with the goal of qualifying as many high-value opportunities for our account executives as possible. You will use your excellent communication skills to upsell and cross-sell before passing these leads onto our AEs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record of overachieving in fast-paced dynamic environments;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • A 'Can Do' / 'Winner' attitude, with a hunger and self-starter commitment to overachieve and succeed;

In addition, you will have:

  • Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree;
  • Business experience (SaaS sales preferred / business internship), and examples of being customer-centric and curious;

This is a hybrid role, which means you will have flexibility to work remotely for part of the week, while also attending our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule will be determined by your hiring manager.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
