Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver medical equipment and supplies to patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teach patients how to effectively utilize and maintain their medical equipment.
  • Communicate with patients regarding their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
  • Maintain and increase revenue from hospital orders through efficient management and sales techniques.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of home equipment, insurance guidelines, eligibility, and reimbursement for patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • One year of work experience in healthcare, administrative, insurance, customer services, or management.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
