• Liaise with daily operations, HR internal and external service tasks:
• Furnish and coordinate human resources services covering payroll, benefits, data entry, mobility, HRIS, and other transactional work areas
• Ensure efficiency of the service center's operations, technology, and transaction process
• Establish standards and procedures to handle employee queries, transactions, and human resources program administration

• Bachelor's degree in law/labor relations/Human Resources is required;
• Experience in meeting internal demands of employees is required;
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and ATS systems is required;
• Availability of Travel
• Diplomatic English and Spanish are desirable
• Availability to work three times a week on-site during the week
