Job Summary

Armstrong Fluid Technology do Brasil is seeking a highly skilled Production Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and scheduling production activities to ensure product standardization in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Scheduling: Plan, control, and schedule production activities to ensure product standardization in the manufacturing process.
  • Material Management: Purchase materials and ensure timely delivery by monitoring the performance of suppliers and service providers, aiming to meet delivery deadlines to customers.
  • ERP System Management: Generate ERP system reports necessary for supply execution (BOM, Shortage, etc.).
  • Supplier and Import Management: Handle the entire import process, manage the international supplier portfolio, and coordinate logistical actions abroad and customs clearance in Brazil for imports.
Requirements
  • Educational and Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics/Planning (Postgraduate qualification preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of and experience with ERP/MRP systems like LN, knowledge of import and export routines, and knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Intermediate English writing and verbal skills, strong team-orientation, ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner, and strong attention to detail, organization, and a sense of urgency.
