We are seeking an experienced Low-Code Platform Specialist to drive the design, implementation and governance of enterprise-grade solutions using Mendix.

This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to ensure secure, scalable and compliant adoption of low-code platforms across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security & Access Management: Define, implement and enforce security frameworks for low-code platforms.
  • Hosting & Connectivity: Oversee hosting models, infrastructure setup and integration with enterprise systems, ensuring scalability and high availability.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Establish and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, coding standards and development best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance, mentor development teams and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Platform Implementation: Lead platform setup, solution architecture design and end-to-end delivery, from strategy to execution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in solution architecture, including 3–5 years in low-code platforms.
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing and scaling enterprise low-code solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud hosting, integration patterns and enterprise security practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering at scale.
  • Experience with governance, risk and compliance frameworks in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mendix certification.
  • Experience in multi-cloud hosting strategies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in low-code environments.
