Senior Product Manager Role

As a leader of the Amazon Vendor Services Program in Brazil, you will oversee a multifaceted team consisting of Product Managers, Program Managers, and Business Intelligence Engineers. The primary objective is to establish sustainable and growth-oriented long-term partnerships between Amazon and vendors participating in the Best-at-Amazon (BAA) service.

This role focuses on accelerating vendors' sustainable growth within Amazon, driving higher satisfaction for both internal teams and external vendors, fostering engagement and investment, and building strategic partnerships that power Amazon's flywheel.

  • Develop and execute the overall AVS program strategy and vision for Brazil.
  • Drive business impact initiatives and manage cross-functional relationships with Finance, Tax, and Retail Business Services teams.
  • Oversee program pricing strategy and new package development as well as new services.
  • Lead hiring and development of AVS specialists across Brand, Supply Chain, and Team Lead roles.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, end-to-end product delivery, feature delivery, and tradeoffs of a product necessary. Proven experience in team management and substantial experience in one or more of the following areas: product or program management, product marketing, business development.

Experience relying on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions, and track effectiveness of change a plus. Working with a cross-functional team across design, operations, and engineering teams to meet high-reaching goals also preferred.
