Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Cloud Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
  • Strong understanding of SIP Protocols, Genesys Framework and Architecture is essential.
  • Proficiency in reporting components like CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart and CXInsights is necessary.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in Genesys infrastructure are expected.
  • Strong understanding of the following Genesys Products is required.
  • Design call-flow Architect/Script/Data Actions/Data table is a key responsibility.
  • Integration with Salesforce, Genesys APIs, PCI PAL, and GenAI is essential.
  • Knowledge about Genesys Cloud Components like Google CCAI chat bot and predictive engagement is necessary.
  • Gateway protocols: SIP and MGCP are expected to be understood.

Requirements:
