Process Technology Team Lead

At Givaudan, we're seeking a skilled Process Technology Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing tactical and operational plans to meet Process Technology objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise the local team in executing defined process technology programs for assigned areas of activity.
• Lead troubleshooting of products and ingredients, escalating issues to top management as needed.
• Perform local industrialization activities, such as manufacturing instructions setup, production versions, and change management.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe work environment.
• Work with local operations management and HR business partners to develop a talent pipeline for the local process technology organization.
• Drive the development and promotion of local process technology talents within operations.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in process technology and set proactive measures to prevent issues.
• Execute programs within approved budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Overall work experience of 2 to 4 years.
• Up to 1 year of people management experience.
• Proficient in systems, procedures, and techniques for process technology.
• Broad-based knowledge of ingredients and products safety principles, global standards, and regulations.
