High-Level Support Professional

About This Role

We are seeking an exceptional High-Level Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for a portfolio of business-critical applications.

Your primary focus will be on maintenance, quality, EHS, production monitoring, IoT integration, and access control systems. You will need to troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and change requests in a timely manner while ensuring minimal business disruption.

You will also be responsible for monitoring application health, performance, and integrations. Additionally, you will support end-users across multiple countries and languages, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Level 2/3 support for applications such as LIMS - LABWARE, EHS-INTELEX, DIMEP, MATICS, ST-One, and THINGWORX.
  2. Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
  3. Monitor application health, performance, and integrations.
  4. Support end users across multiple countries and languages, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication.
  5. Maintain documentation, audit trails, and compliance with regulatory and security standards.
  6. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
  7. Ensure applications meet business needs in areas such as maintenance, quality management, EHS, production monitoring, and access control.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Experience
  1. Experience supporting enterprise applications in manufacturing, quality, EHS, or IoT environments.
  2. Knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese language required.
  3. Familiarity with LIMS, SAP, EHS/ESG platforms, IoT data collection, and access control systems.
  4. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  5. Experience with SQL, Windows, Azure, and integration platforms.
  6. Ability to work with global teams and support users in multiple regions.
  7. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  8. Strong experience in manufacturing apps.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with cloud-based solutions and real-time production monitoring.
  2. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
  3. Multilingual support capabilities (English, Spanish and Portuguese).
