Service Sales Director for Pulp and Paper Solutions

Job Description

This is a dynamic role that reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies for the Pulp and Paper portfolio within the PAPI Division.
  • Develop and lead the sales organization to achieve both qualitative and quantitative goals for services, exceeding sales objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Create and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth in the pulp and paper sector.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the sales team.
  • A deep understanding of the pulp and paper industry, including market trends and customer needs.
