Position Overview:The Key Relationships Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our homeowners. You will communicate with property owners, relay information to our internal teams, and ensure that all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main liaison between homeowners and our internal teams
- Handle homeowner inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure homeowners are updated on property matters and requests are addressed in a timely manner
