Ecommerce Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our social commerce efforts and drive growth through effective paid media operations and customer experience improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Paid Media: Measure, analyze, and improve the performance of each advertising media channel to maximize potential customer inflow.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Continuously analyze and improve customer journey on eStore to turn visits into purchases.
- Develop Digital Media Strategies: Create and execute campaigns using paid digital media to attract potential customers and increase purchase rates.
- Analyze Advertisement Effects: Study the impact of digital media on customer purchasing behavior.
- Improve Dotcom Experience: Conduct SEO, loading performance enhancement, and UX optimization activities to improve customer purchase experience.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field with a deep understanding of specialized areas.
- Ability to analyze data, evaluate factors, and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree, 3 years' experience, or a Master's degree, or a PhD without experience.
