Position Overview

We are seeking an Incident Analyst to join our Software Applications team. This role is ideal for individuals committed to professional growth and eager to contribute to our expanding presence in Latin America & The Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the assessment and documentation of incidents within the corporate ticketing and Incident Tracking Systems.
  • Maintain a detailed technical timeline of incidents and ensure proper closure once services are restored.
  • Communicate effectively with level 3 technical support, management, and critical incident management as necessary.
  • Facilitate coordination among internal technical and business teams to resolve incidents affecting client service delivery.
  • Provide technical insights for communications directed at both internal and external clients.
  • Evaluate incidents to determine the necessity for formal root cause analysis and collaborate with technical resources to identify the root cause, producing a comprehensive incident report.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant experience or degree in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Prior experience in incident analysis or management related to software applications.
  • Proficiency in investigation and documentation to effectively report defects and suggest improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Banking or Payment Processing systems.
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle.
