Lead Operations Specialist - Shift Manager

The role is based at one of our Seller Processing Centers (SPCs), where you will oversee operations focused on the pickup of Amazon orders from sellers and ensuring they are sent to last mile stations for customer delivery.

  • Oversee daily operations, manage labor allocation, lead shift meetings, assign tasks, and coordinate with internal and external partners.
  • Support a team of operational leaders in managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Dispatch and First Day Pickup Success.
  • Apply strong analytical and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Leverage software and hardware tools to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Employee and performance management experience.
