Senior Crypto Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of leading and scaling businesses. The successful candidate will drive global crypto business development activities, forge strategic partnerships, and spearhead growth initiatives to solidify our position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new revenue streams for our organization while delivering tailored crypto solutions to a diverse range of partners, including banks, fintechs, merchants, crypto wallets, exchanges, and infrastructure providers.
  • Scale emerging crypto product lines from initial proofs of concept through go-to-market execution, encompassing pricing, strategy, deal structuring, and client support.
  • Identify and capitalize on new crypto infrastructure partnership opportunities.
Essential Functions:
  • Engage with digital currency wallets, exchanges, fintechs, and banks to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
  • Drive revenue growth through existing partnerships and products, leveraging expertise to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new crypto partnership and product revenue opportunities, as well as potential investment and M&A prospects.
  • Serve as an internal and external expert on cryptocurrencies, permissioned, and permissionless blockchains, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Negotiate and execute comprehensive agreements with crypto companies and infrastructure partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Translate emerging trends in crypto into actionable opportunities for our organization and clients, driving growth and success.
  • Influence and provide market feedback and knowledge sharing to inform business decisions and strategic planning.

This is a hybrid position, requiring alternating time between remote and office work. Employees in this role are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with a general guideline of spending 50% of their time in the office based on business needs.
