Welder Specialist

Altirae is seeking a highly experienced Welder (Mig-Mag-Tig) to join our team.

• Lead and supervise welding projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Perform welding tasks using Mig-Mag and Tig methods for various industrial and construction projects.
• Interpret and work from technical designs and blueprints to manufacture and install components.
• Coordinate with other trades and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures on-site.

• 10+ years of experience in Mig-Mag and Tig welding.
• Strong experience in design reading and manufacturing.
• Proven leadership skills with experience as a foreman or team leader.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written).
• Multi-disciplinary skills in welding, carpentry, and building.
• A strong commitment to safety standards and worksite regulations.
• Ability to work in heights, install erect scaffolding equipment.

• Experience working abroad.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• A competitive salary of R$5,000.00 - R$8,500.00 per month.
