About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable and maintainable software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality code
- Maintain and improve existing codebases to ensure they meet the highest standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Familiarity with JavaScript, CoffeeScript, CSS, HTML, and SQL Server
- Experience with database design and schema development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
