Job Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for managing the operational inputs of the sales process.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in building and implementing core processes and infrastructures.
  • Maintain current systems such as Notion, Drive, Slack, etc.
  • Execute company-wide initiatives and operational projects.
  • Develop sales materials and procedures.
  • Oversee management of CRM (Hubspot).
  • Facilitate conversations with ecosystem partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or similar.
  • 2+ years managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (Agency experience preferred).
  • Experience working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred).
  • Experience working at Digital agencies.
