Customer Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a sales-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to initiate sales with potential customers over the phone and use closing techniques to persuade them to purchase our product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to find potential customers through various channels to boost sales.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly to achieve monthly targets.
  • Seek feedback from customers to gain insights into their participation journey and keep records of these insights to optimize future acquisition strategies.
  • Handle acknowledging rejections and provide alternative approaches even in difficult situations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Languages: English (Professional Working; Verbal & Written), Portuguese (Native; Verbal & Written), Spanish (Proficient).
  • BASIC PROFICIENCY OF MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS IN POWERPOINT AND EXCEL.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Adaptability and Fast-Paced Environment: Effective team players who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, professional, and pro-active approach.
