Job Summary
We are seeking a senior network analyst with technical expertise in data center solutions, including routing and switching, software-defined networks, and network planning and design.
This professional will work in multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects according to the scope sold and planned. The primary focus will be on the technical execution of activities and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Expected to have relevant expertise in project implementation;
- Conducting and executing technical activities related to project delivery;
- Responsible for technical projects of medium to high complexity;
- Preparing and presenting technical project documents to clients;
- Acting on incidents and resolving problems related to projects;
- Escalating and monitoring calls with manufacturers related to projects;
- Field activities such as site surveys, installations, and scheduled maintenance windows.
Requirements
- Experience in implementing enterprise network and data center solutions;
- Fundamental knowledge of routing and switching technologies, including protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS;
- Experience in medium to high-complexity projects involving data center technology;
- Experience in support and design of solutions;
- Document preparation (LLD, HLD) for projects;
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI will be a differential;
- CCIE Routing and Switching and/or Data Center certification or equivalent knowledge;
- Graduation in the field of technology.
