• Process daily invoicing, manual invoices, delivered pricing and sample invoices for various systems.
• Monitor customer invoice inboxes and process any On Demand invoices within a timely manner.
• Process regular and financial debit and credit memos.
• Monitor shipping inboxes and follow up with Shipping departments for missing documents.
• Run variant reports daily and send out all invoices.
• Enter invoices on portals, if any issues reach out to Customer Service to resolve, track portal issues on a spreadsheet.
• Manage the Ztas process and handle month end close and month end reports.
• Participate in special projects, as required.
• Provide supporting documentation to internal and external auditors, as requested, and answer related questions.
• Prepare and maintain the invoice submission worksheet.
• Make collections procedures when designated by the accounts receivables coordinator.
• Cover vacation of peers when necessary.
• Comply with the health and safety policies stipulated by the corporation.
• Assist in the implementation of improvements in receivables processes, eliminating rework and manual efforts.

• Knowledge of accounting and company procedures.
• Experience with SAP.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance related departments.
• Computer skills in departmental software (currently Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• English: minimum Advanced. Fluent will be considered a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• University degree in business administration or related fields.
