Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide best-in-class service to customers through proactive calls, general correspondence, and collaboration with other departments.
- Account Management: Support customers and account managers in South America to drive customer centricity and growth of existing account base.
- Process Improvement: Utilize analytical skills to drive process improvements and customer focus.
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to new and existing accounts to identify opportunities, decision makers, and related customer service needs.
- Process Excellence: Passionately drive process excellence visibility and awareness across the supply chain.
- Cost and Service Balance: Balance cost and service in the best interest of both customer and company.
- Business Development: Prospect for increased volume and generate new leads to help close new business at new and existing customers.
- Market Intelligence: Proactively review buying patterns of customers to understand demand spikes up or down and obtain market intelligence that can be shared throughout the organization.
- Customer Erosion: Analyze customer erosion data to maintain or secure new orders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant professional work experience is required.
- Experience: 2+ years in a business environment.
- Language Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (required).
- Computer Skills: Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (especially Excel/Word) and web-based applications.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving, analytical, and math skills.
