Group Operations Supervisor

The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the execution of operational, sales, and merchandising objectives. This includes delivering a superior customer experience, promoting a safe and productive work environment, and training team members on policies and procedures.
Some key responsibilities include maintaining regular attendance, working varied hours, upholding safety protocols, and executing merchandising activities. The Team Leader must also be able to read, write, and count accurately, as well as possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.
In addition to these duties, the Team Leader may be required to perform other tasks as assigned by their supervisor, including operating equipment, traveling for district needs, and adhering to organizational safety training and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Work environment is generally indoors with moderate noise.
- Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
- Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with assistance of proper material handling equipment.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run a store.
