Front-End Architect for AI-Powered Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead front-end architecture development, merging AI-driven workflows with design system components into seamless user experiences.
- Build reusable, framework-agnostic UI building blocks leveraging web standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, etc.).
- Ensure interfaces meet highest accessibility, usability, performance, and adaptability standards across platforms.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, UX designers, and platform engineers to orchestrate service and component integration.
- Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and architectural guidance to drive engineering excellence.
- Contribute to ADP's design system evolution by aligning Maestro's front-end innovations with broader product ecosystem goals.
Rapidly prototype and experiment with AI-powered interactions, delivering proof-of-concepts, pilots, and minimum viable products that validate new human-AI collaboration patterns.
