A Business Development Representative is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, understanding their requirements and objectives, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities- Manage customer connections and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer demands and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and educate customers about innovation and technology.
- Establish and deliver quarterly sales projections and goals.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, 3+ years of experience in technical sales, strong communication skills, and ability to travel. Preference is given to candidates with experience using our products and background in utility and industrial industries.
