Procurement Excellence Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Excellence Manager to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the realization of procurement related benefits across the full addressable spend in the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy to guarantee successful project implementation according to business needs.
  • IDentify and manage key procurement stakeholders to align and maintain a robust procurement network.
  • Create and implement an Organization Change Management plan to drive adoption of new processes.
  • Articulate functional requirements to maximize adoption of core models.
  • Contribute to the development of global core models.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip Key Users with the necessary skills to manage solutions.
  • Implement a training strategy to ensure effective adoption by both Key Users and end users.
  • Cordinate end-to-end solution testing to ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor and evaluate adoption and project success using pre-agreed KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in procurement and industrial environments, preferably with a focus on indirect spend categories.
  • Proven track record of managing Purchase to Pay deployment projects (process/system).
  • Expertise in Source To Contract and Purchase to Pay processes and procurement organization structure.
  • Relevant degree in Engineering or Business Administration, ideally with a major in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
  • Experience with SAP MM is essential.
  • Experience with S/4Hana, SAP SRM, and SAP Ariba (Sourcing, SLP, and Network) is desirable.
