We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Optimizer to join our team. As an integral part of our equipment maintenance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our assets.

• Evaluate and maintain equipment to prevent failures and ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance system stability.
• Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and troubleshoot issues.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance and providing regular reports on operational status. A degree in mechanics or mechatronics, combined with relevant experience, is highly desirable.
