Strategic Financial Analyst

The role of a Strategic Financial Analyst is to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and forecasting future performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making, forecasting, and planning processes.
  • Prepare compelling presentations that communicate complex financial information in an intuitive and impactful manner.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate business drivers into the long-term model.
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple departments to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment in long-term projections.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with sensitivity and scenario analysis.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and trends in financial performance, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment between long-term models and short-term forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (financial modeling, scenario analysis, etc.).
  • Strong experience in building strategic presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
  • Proven ability to synthesize data into insights and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with planning/reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
