- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation, to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget management.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular financial reports and budget outlines to executives, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement new project management policies and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
- Documentation: Accurately document project creation, development, and execution, including scope, budget, and justification.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in the industry, with a minimum of one year in a supervisory position.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and technical abilities.
- Language: Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
