Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team at Shopee. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis department, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical support for our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, analyze trends, and evaluate scenarios.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with our team to prepare the annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our strategic objectives.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing valuable insights for management and board decision-making.
  4. Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze significant variances, and identify improvement opportunities.
  5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as accounting, sales, and operations to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
  6. Board Presentations: Prepare and present financial analyses and reports for board meetings and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or related roles.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (advanced Excel, SQL, etc.).
  • Knowledge of financial planning software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
