We are seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Supervisor to lead and support our financial operations in Brazil. This role is critical for overseeing expense management, tax compliance, financial reporting, and operational controls.

This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the local finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment with group-wide financial standards while mentoring and guiding the local finance team.

Responsibilities:

">

The Financial Operations Manager will oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in reporting. Responsibilities include supervising employee expense reports, conducting training sessions on expense policies, systems, and best practices, and reviewing monthly reconciliations and performing variance analysis.

Tax Compliance:

">

The ideal candidate will have experience in Brazilian tax regulations and will ensure compliance with local tax laws. They will stay informed about local regulatory changes affecting financial operations and coordinate with external consultants as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

">

The Financial Operations Manager will partner with internal teams, including HR and Procurement, to facilitate integration between global financial standards and local processes. They will also support internal and external audits by providing documentation and resolving inquiries.

Process Optimization:

">

The successful candidate will identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and propose improvements. They will strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance and operational integrity and drive adoption of new systems and tools to optimize financial operations.

  • 3+ years in finance/accounting roles in Brazil">

  • ERP proficiency (preferably SAP)">

  • Brazilian tax reporting tools (SPED, ECD/ECF)">
