We're seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in Mato Grosso, Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development
- Responsible for managing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade retailers in the region.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion.
Category Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions.
Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retailers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Significant experience in brand management, shopper marketing, and category management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
