We're seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in Mato Grosso, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development

  • Responsible for managing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade retailers in the region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion.

Category Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business decisions.

Team Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retailers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in brand management, shopper marketing, and category management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
