About This Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing customer productivity by providing innovative solutions using digital tools.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the R&D and product engineering teams to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives through formal methods.
  • Champion customer needs by working closely with the R&D and marketing teams to develop competitive and creative technical solutions.
  • Provide high-quality support to customers by creating knowledge content, tool adoption kits, and other documents to increase self-service.
  • Develop out-of-the-box solutions to customer problems using tool capabilities or scripting techniques.
  • Maintain up-to-date skills in new technologies and tools to adapt to changing customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in Digital Implementation flows on advanced nodes.
  • Expertise in one or more domains: Synthesis/Physical Design - Place & Route/STA.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and flow development is an asset.
  • Excellent debugging skills and ability to distinguish between critical and non-critical issues.
  • Leadership experience in managing small to mid-size teams of engineers is a plus.
