Job Title: Junior GRC Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Junior GRC Analyst to support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation of risk management and compliance strategies.

  • Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of corporate risks.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks and internal control reviews.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and risk indicators for senior management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement governance frameworks and enhance risk management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Technology, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge in risk management and compliance.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Office tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in auditing, internal controls, or compliance.
  • Knowledge of regulations (ISO 27001, LGPD, sector-specific standards).
  • Certifications in GRC, auditing, or risk management.
  • Intermediate/advanced English language skills.
