Quality Assurance Engineer Role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our hardware products and solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet rigorous quality requirements and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to define quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough quality assessments of incoming materials to ensure they meet specified requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes, including inspection plans and testing procedures.
  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for any quality issues identified during testing or production.
  • Participate in design review processes to provide insights on potential quality concerns.
  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve component quality and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Work closely with production teams to support process validation and ensure consistency in manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with quality tools, methodologies, and documentation such as 8D, DMAIC, NCR, EA, and statistical process control.
  • Experience with inspection techniques, metrology, GD&T, and non-destructive testing methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead root cause analysis investigations.
