We are seeking a Finance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize workflows.
- Oversee candidate onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Manage monthly payment processing, ensuring timely payments to partners and vendors.
- Support financial closing processes, including reconciliations and account analysis.
- Identify and apply finance process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones to achieve shared goals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Business.
- 1+ years of experience in Accounting, AR, or Billing, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and GSuite, including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong time management with attention to speed and accuracy.
