About the Role
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a game designer, shipping or maintaining titles with quest content or goal-based progression systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with players and understand their motivations and behaviors.
  • Familiarity with live-service multiplayer games and the challenges associated with this space.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to structure and plan work effectively.
