About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and resilient Culture Experience Trainer and Development Specialist to join our vibrant CX Culture. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing impactful training materials, managing trainings, and empowering our trainers with technical support.

This position requires someone who thrives on collaboration, values diversity, and is passionate about learning and growth. If you are a practical and dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

As a Culture Experience Trainer and Development Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing engaging training programs and materials, such as manuals and playbooks, to drive our processes forward
  • Supporting trainers with technical assistance and guidance
  • Managing training initiatives across different regions, ensuring consistency and effectiveness throughout the organization
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Availability to intern for 30 hours per week with an expected graduation date in December 2025 or 2026
  • Current studies in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or related fields
  • Intermediate English proficiency, essential for effective communication among our global teams
  • Basic stakeholder management and analytical skills to track training metrics
  • Ability to work collaboratively, adapt quickly, and think creatively
