As a key member of our Translation Project Management team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Translation team and ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to manage the life cycle of language/translation projects, including setting up jobs, contacting linguists, and negotiating prices.
- Recreate or convert PDF documents into Microsoft Word format to prepare for translation, ensuring accuracy and correcting any errors.
- Provide technical support as needed, including troubleshooting file format issues and resolving other technical problems.
- Receive files from clients and store them securely on our internal network.
- Work with our team of Project Managers to update spreadsheets and trackers with information on files handled for our clients.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Enrolled in a university program and able to collaborate with NUBE for the provision of the internship agreement.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe software products.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
