Merchant Operation Service Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating with various outsourced service providers, ensuring seamless daily communication, task execution, progress tracking, and business alignment.
">Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement performance metrics and service level agreements, conduct regular operational reviews, and drive outsourced teams to achieve quality and efficiency targets.
- Monitor site performance, identify operational risks, and proactively implement optimization measures.
- Review and standardize customer service workflows, scripts, and operating procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Promote process automation and tool adoption to enhance overall efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement training programs, supporting capability building for outsourced teams.
- Establish or supervise quality assurance mechanisms to ensure service quality and compliance of outsourced teams.
Our ideal candidate has native-level proficiency in a target language and fluent in English, strong learning ability, and a positive team contributor spirit. Experience in merchant operation support is an advantage.
