The Senior Motion Designer will create iconic work defining customer expectations globally and driving growth. As a key member of our Global Resource Team, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients worldwide to deliver excellence in Motion design.
- Translating and extending brand visual equity into motion across all interactions.
- Building motion principles supporting Experience Principles.
- Delivering compelling stories through film, assets, and other motion formats.
- Challenging and elevating output quality.
- Understanding UX and how motion relates to experience and interaction.
- Considering how motion integrates with haptics, voice, and sonic elements.
- Managing complex projects with sensitivity and understanding.
- Providing informed advice and insights to clients.
- Adapting communication styles to different audiences.
- Working independently and within teams to solve creative challenges.
- Owning and iterating workstreams, managing deliverables.
- Growing client relationships and engaging in marketing activities.
- Inspiring and mentoring others, fostering an inclusive culture.
Key qualifications include:
- 4+ years of branding-related design experience.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe CC; experience with Cinema 4D/Redshift/Octane is a bonus.
- Strong creative talent across brand identity mediums.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with motion/digital media is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (speaking, writing, translating).
