Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, preferably in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities include planning and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and property sales, managing and optimizing paid ads to boost lead conversion, creating and managing digital content, and analyzing digital marketing performance using various tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO/SEM
- Experience in content marketing & social media management
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools

- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and property sales

- Optimize SEO & SEM performance to increase visibility on search engines
- Manage company social media accounts and engage with audiences
- Implement email marketing & WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads
- Analyze digital marketing performance using various tools
- Collaborate with sales & customer service teams to increase campaign effectiveness
