Global Corporate Banking Professional

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our Global Corporate Bank as an Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and wants to make a difference in the industry.

The Global Corporate Bank is responsible for managing J.P. Morgan's relationships with large corporations and public sector organizations globally. Our team provides strategic advice and solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives. We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment that fosters growth and development.

As an Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and clients, assisting them with client activities such as marketing, execution, and ongoing relationship management. You will also be responsible for managing internal processes for deal executions, internal approvals, regulatory reporting, and ongoing client relationship management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Coverage: Support Corporate Bankers in client coverage across products such as DCM, Credit, Cash Management, Trade, and Markets.
  • Deal Execution: Prepare internal approval documents such as credit memos and balance sheet models.
  • Industry and Credit Analysis: Assist in industry and credit analysis (review financial statements, summarize investor presentations, support credit approval and documentation).
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials to help generate new revenue.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials is required. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel-based modeling and PowerPoint, is also essential.
