Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for collaboratively planning, preparing, and delivering differentiated lessons to our students. Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing and reporting student progress, ensuring the well-being and pastoral development of our students, and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging and inquiry-based lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
- Assess and report student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
- Take a proactive approach to student welfare, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our students
- Manage classroom resources and materials, ensuring a safe and organized learning environment
- Participate in school events, trips, and extracurricular activities, promoting a sense of community and school spirit
- Line manage a teaching assistant, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience in teaching and education, preferably in an international setting
- Ability to differentiate and deliver conceptual, engaging, and inquiry-based lessons
- Familiarity with collaborative planning and team-teaching approaches
