- This position involves planning, coordinating, and executing the installation of turbomachinery equipment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- The Senior Installation Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation phase, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- The role also involves ensuring all installation activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- A key responsibility is identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance installation efficiency and quality.
- Frequent communication with high management is necessary to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale installation projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- English and Portuguese proficiency (written and spoken); Spanish is desired.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively.
- Flexibility to travel and work extended hours as needed.
- Work from home 3 days a week and 2 days from our office.
