Job Overview

ROLE:

Provide effective and direct support to the administrative and operational sectors of Brambles, assisting managers and employees on all matters related to human resources management, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, implement, and monitor HR projects, policies, practices, and procedures;Oversee operational management of HR vendor payments;Administer employee benefits and conduct climate surveys to evaluate policies and develop strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being;Offer advisory and support services to internal clients at all levels;Identify potential discrepancies in the application of HR guidelines and policies, addressing deviations and implementing corrective measures;Manage the employee lifecycle in accordance with HR demands (onboarding, offboarding, etc.);Coordinate internal and external audits;Assist in managing headcount, budget, and HR forecasting;Provide effective support to the HR Business Partner for Brazil.

EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources as an Analyst, Generalist, or Specialist.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.

Intermediate proficiency in English/Spanish is desirable.
